I have my 20 week ultrasound sound today at 19+4wks, I'm just curious if I will find out the gender today ☺️

Unless baby doesn’t cooperate then yes. They will ask if you want to know and if so then you have the option to be told there or have them write it down and put it in an envelope to give to someone else for a reveal.
