Hi I found out I was pregnant Tuesday and have had aches in bottom of stomach and back since yesterday but the last 20mins it's more pains and I had a tiny bit of very light pink discharge I don't know what to do 😞 please help x
Thankyou I'm in a mess IV had 2 children already but this is 7 years since my last daughter and don't remember the pains at beginning it's stressing me abit I know theres nothing I can do but it's so scary and nerve-racking and thankyou xx

Cramps and spotting can be normal but also can indicate miscarriage. I'd keep an eye on it, put on a pad. If you bleed enough to fill a pad in 1hr you need to go to ER. If bleeding gets worse I'd let you doc know but unfortunately there is nothing you can do so just relax and keep an eye.
