Mucsle pain

This is a very difficult one to explain in a message. But for around 2 years now i have had this chronic pain in what feels like in behind my shoulder blade. It runs the whole length of the left side of my body. Causing pain in my left hip. Pain down my left arm. And along the left side of my neck and face. When i try to massage the area my left arm tingles up then dies. And a sharp pain runs along the left side of my face. It has already caused the last two fingers on my hand to loose function. It i lift my left arm up into the air it also gets tingles and dies. This may sound mad but honestly just the thoughts of someone slicing my back open and fixing the cause of pain, feels like such a relief. Ive been to the doctors and they just send me away with some ipbrufeon. But its getting worse it has to be something more. Anyone ever had this. Or know what it could be? My doctors are useless
