When did your baby transition to 1 nap?
My son is 13.5 months old and for every nap during the last week, has just played in his crib (and walking back and forth) for at least 45 minutes before falling asleep. We follow the appropriate wake windows. Can I transition him to one nap or do I need to wait until he is older?
