Is decaf coffee ok with pregnancy ?

Is decaf ok with pregnancy. I love coffee and it just hard to eat it go . Is there healthy “junk” I can have? Similar to coffee and chocolate

You can still have regular coffee just only 200mg which is like a cup or 2. I have a cup of decaf every morning

I still drink coffee and eat chocolate. I bought a Terry’s chocolate orange at Walmart earlier and it’s gone now. I had a coffee this morning. I eat whatever I want, junk wise. Dr’s appt today everything was “perfect” according to my OB - NST, belly size, weight gain, urine, iron levels, and my blood pressure is lower than it’s ever been. 😁 enjoy the things you want

You can drink caffeine! I drink way more then recommended- oops- but my dr told me to stay away from decaf 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your still allowed to have coffee and chocolate. I think it's like 200mg of celaffeine that's recommended? You would have to eat a lot of chocolate for it to even equal a cup of coffee. Enjoy!

You're better off having 1-2 cups of regular. I've heard mixed things about the decaffeination process of coffee beans. 
If I need dessert, the Breyers plain vanilla or plain chocolate ice cream was my go-to. The ingredients are less artificial than other desserts. I also frequently made tubs of spaghetti, with meatballs or without, and saved it in containers. If I was hungry and no time/energy to cook, it saved me from drive thru lol. If you have costco, get the stack of Naan bread and put sauce and cheese, you have healthier pizza.
