How long did it take you to conceive?

I’m 20 and have come off the pill two weeks ago. I did an ovulation test today and it was a strong positive.  Is that unusual? 
Also how long did it take you to conceive when you started trying? Out of interest

7 months.. Then MC. That was 2 months ago. Haven't gotten pregnant again yet.

3ish months the first time after coming off the pill. One month this time after getting my IUD removed.

With my first I stopped taking the pill in October and got my bfp 3 cycles later in January (I was 28)
Now 30 and TTC#2 since coming off the pill again in June 🤞

Now I guess me too only having one tube 😕
