Moms I need ideas/advice!!!!!!

My daughter is 4 she will be 5 in April, anyway since she was little she has always had bad reactions to Bites like mosquitoes and insects and just going outside in general she would get rashes so about a year ago we went and had allergy testing done they told us no big dogs r shedding dogs, no farm animals, no fresh cut grass, no cats and things like that but she is still constantly braking out in rashes and I’m at a loss! She takes a over the counter allergies medicine every day like the dr said, we have a bug man that comes spray every month, we have got her a new mattress and washed down all her toys and bedding and still not helping! Today at school I had to go give her medicine because she broke out in a rash everywhere just randomly. Idk what to do and I know she is miserable with the itching all the time! Anyone have any suggestions r advice? I bring her back to the dr tomorrow for the hundred time. This is one part of the rash she broke out in today at school it was all over her arms, back, and some on her face.
