Did anyone here have babies 18 months apart ?

My sweet girl is 9 months old. I think I’m pregnant. I got a faint positive but it was a blue dye so idk if it was accurate. Anyways it has me thinking. How hard was your pregnancy if you had this little of a gap in between ? Was it hard being pregnant with a baby so young still? What about after u had new baby ? I’m nervous and also kind of excited. I had a tough pregnancy with her always super tired & gestational diabetes and morning sickness my entire pregnancy.
