Teething?

Anyone already have a teething baby?
My son is 10 weeks and gnawing at everything. No idea if it’s because of teething or if he has just discovered he can put things in his mouth lol.
Sometimes he seems hot but no fever. I have given him Tylenol and it seems to calm and soothe him.. 
What are some symptoms of teething? I know fevers, fussy, and apparently slober... 
Also some remedies.. 🧐
Anyone using that amber teething necklace thing?

My baby is same age and going thru the same thing. Forehead hot too but absolutely no feverwhich is first symtpoms of teething. But ive been told its too early for teething too. But idk ive read it can start at 2 months but no teeth actually breakign thru till later on. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows.. just doing whatevrr i can to keep her happy and feeling good.

Yup! It’s early to teeth but it’s very much possible, my son does the same. I was born with teeth, so I expected his to come early. We use something called Pumpkin Butt, it’s an oil we bought from our local natural store. I’ve heard some choking horror stories with amber necklaces so we don’t use them. Good luck!!

Way too early for teething. It’s a mental leap that they go through!

Um I feel like it might be more exploration than teething but you never know! I don't buy into the amber necklace stuff and at this point wouldn't dish out Tylenol unless there was a fever. 
Provide toys for "teething or mouthing" and let your child learn the world. Mouthing things is one way that they explore.
