Would this be safe to freeze again?
I purchased veal scallopini to make veal parmigiana. I froze it as soon as I purchased it. 2 days ago I thawed it in the fridge and yesterday I breaded it and fried it (it’s cooked now). I put the left overs in the fridge (3 full pieces).
we decided on something else for dinner tonight, so I am wondering if I could freeze the cutlets and then just thaw them in the fridge the next time I place to eat veal parmigiana.
Would this be safe or should I just throw it out?
