1 cm dilated at 39 weeks

Anyone else 1cm dilated and 39 weeks. Doctor checked my cervix this past Thursday and said I'm about 1cm dilated. I'm due 11-12 and see my doctor on 11-10 to see if I dilated any more. I am consider ed high risk pregnancy as I have had 2 c sections, 1 miscarriage and a vbac. I'm really hoping to have a Vbac again this time. I asked doctor about inducement and he said we want to avoid that. I'm hoping baby girl comes on her own. I definitely don't want a c section as we moved recently and where we live gets very cold especially at night and I know that it will be hard to recover from a c section in the winter. We get temperatures as low as 32 degrees and it sometimes hails here.

Please tell me I'm not the only one whose dealing with a stubborn baby. 😭🤦. I love her but it seems like she's to comfortable inside me. With my c section last year I was stuck at 1cm for a long time was getting contractions but wasn't feeling them, I was getting makena shots due to having our first born at 32 weeks in 2018 so I opted for an elective c section.
