Should I be worried?

Question

I’m 25weeks 4days and have been feeling sick all day yesterday and had diarrhea all night. It’s currently 4:00 in the morning here and I threw up about 3 times. 
I NEVER THROW UP!
Last time I threw up was 3 years ago. I didn’t even throw up when I was pregnant with my son

It is possible it could be a stomach bug, but every pregnancy is different. I have been terribly sick with both of mine and the first one it stopped around 15 weeks. With my second I am 31 weeks and I still have my days where I throw up. The diarrhea isn't abnormal during pregnancy, I would only worry once you have it for longer than three days. The main concern with having both at the same time is dehydration so try to stay hydrated.
