I took myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol when i was not ovulating regularly and got pregnant the next month. I did some research and women with pcos use it for overall reproductive health and ovulation so I gave it a shot even though I dont have pcos. Only took me 4 months to get pregnant with my second and my first baby took almost a year to conceive.
