Help what is this?!

So the back story is the beginning of October I saw a scab on my forehead and I kept accidentally hitting it when I moved my hair and it would start bleeding. Well a couple weeks ago the scab was gone but then this appeared?! I’m so confused on what it is. It doesn’t hurt or anything. Has anybody else had something like this before?
