Starting a business

For a while now my mom has been talking about trying to start a cleaning business she would like to clean houses and/or either small dr offices and businesses. She asked me to help her but I'm not exactly sure where to start like with making a website and how to get clients and basically getting herself out there. Looking for any advice that could help or maybe some articles or something we could read to kinda guide us. Please ladies leave some advice for us.
