Child falling!! HELP

My son is 17months and he’s been all about climbing. Im always telling him no and no and no, but he’s always determined. I turned my back for 5secs and he had climbed on the coffee table. He ended up falling over and landed on the top of his head. There is a padded rug under the table, but I’m still very concerned.

I know everyone is gonna say call your doctor.

Just thought I would ask if anyone has had anything similar. How long does it take for a child to show symptoms of injuries?

My son cried for about a min and then was back to playing. Obviously we are keeping him up for awhile to see if he shows anything or has a bump.
