Terrified of labor

I’m due in a few weeks and I am so terrified of labor. I have a healthy pregnancy and my ob keeps telling me I’ll be fine because I look fit. I’m SO scared of tears and long labors and pushing forever. Like I can cry ...please tell me it is not that bad
