Post Partum Nausea ?

I’m 3 months post partum as of the 5th and oh my god, I’ve taken gravol everyday for the past week. The nausea is so intense, it’s like first trimester nausea. I was a week late for my second period since baby and it finally came and went, I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant, considering I’m only two days after period. I’m also having some crazy insomnia, all first trimester symptoms 
I’ve read it could be hormones?? Anyone else?

I would test just to be sure. You could have had bleeding that you thought was a period but could have been something else. Especially since you're only 3 months PP. It never hurts to check and be sure. Aside from that, I would go talk to your doctor about it. It can be a sign of some other concerns.

Not going through that but definitely would freak me out because those were my first 2 pregnancy symptoms too😂.
