NIPT Turner syndrome results

Yesterday I finally got my NIPT results and it’s a girl but she tested high risk for Turner syndrome. I’m pretty sure the test is right because I became high risk anyway for a cystic hygroma and they found fluid around her heart. Does anyone have a positive Turner syndrome pregnancy story? The only thing I’m concerned about at this point is miscarriage because I read most TS pregnancies don’t make it. But at this point I’m 15 1/2 weeks. I read that most miscarriages happen in the first trimester. I’m prepared for the worst but as long as my little girl fights I’m going to fight for her too.
