Anyone give birth alone?

My husband decided to leave me while I’m 36 weeks. Long story short I do not want him in the delivery room with me, anyone have any tips on giving birth alone 😬

I never gave birth alone, but I’ll tell you that when your delivering thats probably the last thing on your mind on whose in the room or not. I had three people in the room my last delivery & I honestly didn’t even realize when two even came back in the room. Your a strong mama & you got this! Always stay positive & remember... technically your not in the room alone; your baby will be there & give you all the company you need 😘😘

I get that. I don’t want anyone else there but my husband and if he couldn’t make it I really truly think I would just rather have nobody. I’m sorry this happened to you.

My husband ate bad food his mom brought him and was throwing up my entire labor he was in the bathroom nurses and FEA are all youll need

Could you have your mom, friend or sibling maybe come? I wouldn’t want to do it alone but it can be done. If my husband wasn’t going to be there I would have my mom come. With my first my mom and my husband were in the room and it was great.

If you are able to find a doula who would be able to be with you that you connect with, or find a music playlist that really sings to your soul and if you plan on an epidural then pick out some movies to keep you company!
