It depends if you can lay on your back.lots of women say it’s ok because they did it and it’s true of course,but that’s not the case for everyone.I cannot lay on my back for 10 minutes without feeling like I am dying.so if you can all good,but don’t force it

yeah it’s fine to lay on your back for a little bit. for example having an ultrasound that lasts an hour or more. it’s okay for a little bit
