Trigger shot tracking question

So I am 8-9 DPO. I had a trigger shot and decided to track it out of my system. The top pic is last night and the bottom is tonight. You can see it’s darker. I was expecting it to be completely negative and not darker. Could this be a true positive? Has anyone had this happen. AF is due in 5 days.
