Typical nap length in bed
I have possibly started a bad habit but couldn't bare having cranky baby sleeping in bed 30 minutes and exclusively baby carry so baby gets enough rest in the daytime for naps. Typically she'll wake up but I can usually get her back to sleep. Often she sleeps 2 hours or more but it's killing my back...
