Iugr??

Sigh so I went to my high risk ultrasound today where I noticed the tech spending a longer amount of time looking at Evelyn’s abdomen. When the tech left and we waited for doctor I noticed she had also left the pictures of them up on the screen. Doctor came in and started looking through the pictures and showed us how her brain growth was fine measuring about on time 35th percentile but her femur was a little small in 15th percentile and then her abdomen was abnormally small 4th percentile. The doctor said that while fiancé and I are on the smaller side that it does account for a smaller baby but even small babies have to grow at a certain rate. Overall she is 11th percentile in weight (4lbs 1oz). He said for the rest of my pregnancy they will be seeing me every two weeks. Last appointment I had with them was 4 weeks ago and baby was 20th percentile measuring a week behind so I guess you can say considering the differences I’m a little worried. When I first heard she was behind I started eating a lot more and now it’s like her belly didn’t grow. Is this not IUGR? He said something about how it could be my placenta not giving her everything she needed and how there could be growth restrictions. It was just a lot to take in..... anyone experience something similar what should I expect? Does this mean they’ll induce me if she doesn’t grow more at these next few appts? I have an appointment with my OB in two days this Friday so I will definitely talk to her about it but would love some insight from mommies on here too.
