Heartburn remedies?

Good morning ladies, heartburn is becoming super bad and I unfortunately can not take tums apparently baby girl does not like them and we throw right up. Any suggestions to help with the heartburn? Its constant alllmosy all day long and I have been drinking tons of water to try and help but this only makes me pee every 15 to 30 mins which is unprofessional at work.

I had really bad heartburn one night and was reading remedies online, and one of them was drinking milk. Honestly, as soon as i started drinking it, it calmed down considerably! Worth a try for sure!

Chewing gum for me only lasts a little bit, but works for the time being when in a pinch
