Need help please

So last night me and my husband started a conversation due a bad headache I told him we will finish the conversation in the morning right few minutes later I went to the bathroom he texted me do you still have that headache I told him yes so the fact I couldn’t sleep I went to the kitchen to pour me some wine he came as recording me saying that how you do instead finish a conversation you would rather drag yourself into alcohol I felt like I was being bullied etc so I told him he has to delete the recording he said so NO HE WONT now I’m into a hotel I don’t know what to do ??
