When should i start packing hospital bag and diaper bag?

I packed mine at 32 weeks. Baby came at 38.

I packed my hospital bag around 32 weeks, husband had his packed around 35 weeks. I packed the diaper bag as I was organizing baby stuff. I did not take the diaper bag to the hospital. It wasn’t needed as they had everything.

I packed at 35 weeks and baby came at 39 weeks. I packed soo much and literally all I used was my toothbrush 😂
