Labor starting??

I’m 39+1 and I just felt my first BH just last week

Yesterday I had about 16 BH throughout the whole day back to back and last night I couldn’t sleep because they were getting more intense

To me BH feels tightening and it gives me this hot tingly sensation throughout my whole body.

There are more intense and constant now and I’m getting aloooot more intense pressure in my pelvic...

I’ve never had period cramps so idk what contraction should feel like,

should labor be starting soon?

Am I gonna start feeling the real contraction soon?
