Eugene Test

Hi there!

My due date is 21 July 2020! So excited and first time mum!

I saw my doctor yesterday to confirm i was definitely pregnant and yay I am!! Now awaiting all my bloods and really just want to have my first scan!

My dr advised that there is a genetic test we can now so called Eugene. I’m not sure if it’s actually worth knowing and if knowing can help me from potentially passing it down! I note from their website there is a 1 in 4 chance of passing a condition of both parents are carriers.. but that wouldn’t really stop me from having my baby..

What do others think? Do you have any experience with this?
