When do I tell my parents I’m pregnant ?!

So I just found out I’m pregnant and had my first doctor appointment to confirm. I know everyone says to wait until after the first trimester but I’m around them quite often and they are quite nosy and intuitive. My mom is already suspecting something is up. Would it be completely crazy to tell them this early? I feel like I would rather tell them on my own terms than have them figure it out on their own. When did you tell your parents and family?
