Hi again! 24weeks now and just got a question :)
I’m sure there are plenty of women who are feeling this. I’m on my feet all day (healthcare) and wear compression socks on the norm. My legs feel great but my lower belly always feels crampy or like I’m overstretching my muscles, especially when I walk. I wear scrubs and there’s NO WAY I’m gonna buy my own scrubs in dealing with the nasty germs we deal with at work so I wear a maternity band with hospital issued scrubs. It helped at first, keeping my belly from flopping around but now it doesn’t help very much. What am I feeling? Is this Broad ligament pain? Pubis symphisis pain? Should I get one of those maternity belts? It’s uncomfortable and just slows me down, which I don’t have time to do that when I’m focusing on patient care. Any ideas? Thanks
