Please comment! Very bad mood!!

So this cycle I actually found out for sure that my fertility window is super short! My cycle is usually 26-27 days long so I always knew that I ovulate quite early on, problem is that my period is also quite long, usually 8 days so I only have about 5 days to try and get pregnant! I took clearblue opk on all 5 days and went from "low fertility" to "peak" in one day! We had sex all three days before the actual day of ovulation and the day after, so we technically skipped ovulation day..do you think it's still possible to get pregnant? My CM has also been quite low this month, so that's probably not a good sign either. I'm just so frustrated with it all..wish it'd be a lot easier... :-(
