Help would be nice

I had my period November 12th and it ended on the 16 but yesterday I got another period and now I got up and I see not even so much blood anymore as if the period is just gone. I was having weird pains but didn't even hurt much yesterday and I was in the car and I felt a big punch in my stomach but I don't think that was normal .I did had pain but it went away no long have the pain. I do drink a lot of water so I don't think its a cyst . So idk what's going on my period been different since I had my daughter 2 years ago witch she passed away same day so I can't even tell if I could be pregnant but I don't think I am though. It just very weird . I did have c section when I had my daughter do u think they could of put my organs in wrong place ? Sorry I just have no clue what going on with me
