I never get replies when I post here but I’ll keep trying to reach out. I got a bfp this past Saturday and I’ve been a hot mess ever since bc our last pregnancy ended at 7 weeks. My dr. Suspected it was ectopic because my hcg never rose above 400 and they couldn’t see the gestational sac on my first ultrasound. She gave me the shot to end the pregnancy but I didn’t need surgery to observe or remove the tube.

Now I’m getting period-like cramps and I’m so nervous I’m going to start bleeding again like last time, and I don’t want to lose our little bean. Can anyone share with me their early pregnancy cramping experiences so I can feel like what I’m feeling is normal? Thanks!
