I am 6 weeks pregnant and have a constant stomach ache and a bad taste in the back of my throat. I feel light headed regularly throughout the day too. I don't actually feel sick very often. Mostly I feel sick like motion sickness or for moving around too fast but this is only once or twice a day.

I have that feeling that if I'm not careful of what I do or eat then I will feel nauseous, but most of the time I just have a sore stomach and no nausea or vomiting.

I know this is a simple question but I want to know if this is normal or if I'm getting sick and need to see a doctor. Thanks
