Not ready to go back to work

My baby is 7 weeks, I have to go back to wrk in 2 weeks and I’m not ready... emotionally I don’t feel ready to go back... her father has never seen her or even acknowledge her birth... I’m taking care of her on my own.., my family will be watching her when I go back to work which is great, but I’m jus not ready.. my body still hurts, my hands are both numb still, dealing with controlled high BP after having the baby, my low back hurts all the time to sit and walk, my left hip hurts and my left foot hurts to walk... I don’t know what to do, wish I had a few more weeks with her 😔😢
