Late period

Okay so my period is late only a day but that’s a bit alarming only because my period is always on time it’s never late I did have sex a week or two ago we used protection but not the second round I’m not stressed out or anything so I’m just kinda wondering why it’s not here I am having symptoms of a period which include tender breast , fatigue, and etc. I’m getting these sharp pains too if anybody could give me any answers that’d be great!
