I’m on BC just to control my period. Anyways , he knows but I’m not ritual with it so sometimes I skip a day or whatever . He told me if he ever gotten someone pregnant he’ll be there for them etc.. is it wrong not to tell him that I’m not taking it religiously?

Um yes. If you’re on bc, he assumes you’re an adult and taking it as directed. Very selfish of you. Poor man.

You need to tell him because not taking  it as prescribed can definitely result in a pregnancy. Just because he’s said he would stick with a woman doesn’t mean he’s ready and willing to be a parent with you. Definitely tell him so he can make that decision with you

I mean in my opinion yes you should tell him. Yall are in a relationship and not taking it loke your suposed to leaves you open to actually getting pregnant. Regardless of him saying he'd be there no matter what. He should know.

Yes! How would you feel if he poked holes into condoms but didn’t tell you? You gotta be 100% honest and forward with whoever you are being sexually active with.

If you’re giving him the impression that you are, then you’re lying to him. 
But why wouldn’t you just take it properly?  Are you forgetting, or just not taking it because you don’t feel like it?  It defeats the purpose either way. Just take it properly or don’t bother.

If he thinks you're taking it and you aren't, and you don't tell him, that's a problem. You absolutely should be upfront with him about this. Hey I don't always take my pill, so really it's doing nothing to prevent pregnancy. And from there it's his choice to use back up protection (condoms) or not. 
It's one thing to accidentally miss a pill once or twice a year and end up pregnant because of that. It's a whole other thing to purposely skip taking pills and end up pregnant because of that. Yall should be using back up protection anyways. Especially if the goal is to avoid pregnancy. Either way. Yes you absolutely need to tell him.

He may have said that but he can also say you've trapped him since you're not taking your birth control regularly. Having problem taking your birth control  switch over to one of the implants.
