I sent my friend around 4pm and now it’s almost 10pm and she hasn’t replied yet and thinking did I say something wrong ?

Answer

It could be part of anxiety, it could be part of having obsessive thoughts, or it could just be that you’re bored or overthinking... It’s important to remember that your friend could not be responding for a number of reasons… And she deserves space and to be able to reply back in her own time. I’m sure it has absolutely nothing to do with you or anything you said.
