My son is 10 days old today ...

My son is 10 days old today. I had an emergency section due to him being breech.

My neck and upper back are extremely painful where I can barley turn my neck fully. My dr office keeps saying it is how I am breast feeding but I feel like it is a lot more than just that. They keep telling me the same thing though.

I also feel like I have no energy at all and just very lethargic. I know it’s still really soon just wanted to know if other mommy’s felt like this or anyone’s thoughts and opinions.
