Could this be a indication of PCOS? My thyroid and Testosterone came back normal. It’s been 21 months TTC and we’ve had no luck. My hsg looks normal. My husband SA is normal... only thing that’s abnormal is this. Any ideas?

My AMH was 7.5 ish when I first started testing and seeing an RE. No symptoms of PCOS and regular periods. I was 29/30 at the time. I was never diagnosed with PCOS. They just wanted to watch medications and make sure I didn’t overstimulate. My first IVF yielded 29 eggs. I was at risk of OHSS but I recovered well. 
I had a daughter in 2019,  and recently had labs updated because we are preparing for IVF #2 and my AMH was over 14. Not sure why it increased after having a baby, but it can bounce around from what I understand. We coincidentally switched REs and my new Dr is treating me as if I have PCOS “signs/symptoms”. I was prescribed Metformin and Inositol. I will be 33 soon. Completely diff protocol than my first round of IVF. Your AMH is not crazy high. Just means you have lots of eggs still  (which is a good thing).  If you take fertility meds, they will probably watch you closely and make sure you don’t overstimulate.

My amh was high too (5.83, I was 31 at the time) and I was told because that was the only indicator of pcos I was considered *potential* pcos and not formally diagnosed.
