Friend is struggling and I’m worried.

My friend has been struggling for a month now and she is depressed. She calls me crying every night, she doesn’t wanna shower or eat, and she’s lost interest in the things she once loved. she has a hard time falling asleep and actually staying asleep and I told her that what she is feeling is valid and it’s okay but it’s been over a month and I’m starting to get worried about her. I have absolutely no problem fight this with her. She wants to reach out, but she’s afraid to tell her family and let them know because they don’t really take mental health serious.

I am clinically diagnosed with depression, PTSD, and anxiety and i go to therapy as well as take medication. I’m only saying this bc i would’ve wanted someone to fight for me as well and i know where she is coming from. It hurts me and I can’t watch her sink anymore.

My question is, should i reach out to someone for her? it’s okay to feel this way, but there’s a limit to how long and why would i let it go any further 😔 please help.
