I am 12 weeks pregnant and am super stinky gassy at night... Is this normal and can I take beano?? Please help this first time mom!

Stop dairy. Issues with dairy are super common I pregnancy. Stop a few days and see if t helps.

Apparently 70% of sulfa are lactose intolerant and don't even realize it. I'm not one, thank goodness because I love my milk, but boy my husband did a lot better without dairy in his life. My nose is much happier too
