Should I call my doctor?

I’m 13w3d with my 3rd baby and this is the 2nd day where the whole day I been dealing with painful migraines, the ones that make you cry, my eyes hurt , my neck hurts and my heads just pounding non stop.

I am on baby aspirin for hypertension.

I took Tylenol but it doesn’t help

The headaches are still there

I’m pretty sure my bp has been high since yesterday because this is my symptom of high bp, painful migraines. But I can’t find my bp machine cuff because my 3 year old magically made it disappear.

I don’t know what to do anymore

I just want these headaches to stop 😭
