Back story, we bought my ring online after seeing it at the store but the store didn’t have my size, well it arrived and the diamond is completely yellow, the store jeweler said it ranged from G color to J color, but from my understanding J color yellow isn’t even visible to the naked eye nor someone who doesn’t know much about diamonds or jewelry, can someone please help us 😭

It definitely looks quite yellow and based on the diamond colour chart it’s not a g or a j
Just looking at it, it appears very yellow 
I think it’s pretty though! But if you were looking for a more clear stone they lied for sure about colour grade

Is it a certified stone? If not, the grades don’t really mean a whole lot. I’d never recommend buying a diamond online sight unseen. Especially a non certified stone, there’s no way to know what you’re going to get. (Worked as a jeweler for 4 years)

I would take it to a jeweler. It looks like you may have gotten a low quality diamond than paid for.

You guys, we took it to a jewelry store and they inspected for free, turns out, it was an M color, SI1 but it was CRACKED! They exchanged it for a colorless diamond that we picked and gave us 3 year warranty for free lol, thank all so much for the help!
