Normal cramping??

Question

Currently 16w5d and been having on and off tightening feeling cramps in lower abdomen is this round ligament pain? What does it feel like for some of you ladies?

Cramps are normal😌 just your uterus stretching for baby! As long as there’s no blood or a constant cramping (almost wave like) you’re good! From experience, the most comparable thing to round ligament pain is like a “runners stitch”. Kind of like a sharp stabbing pain in your ovary/kidney area from over stretching your muscles.

Theyre probably Braxton hicks..I had my first set yesterday at 16 weeks and they definitely weren't too comfortable.
