To tie or not to tie ?!

My baby girl, which is my 2nd child, will be here in March. My husband and I both agreed that 2 kids is definitely enough, so I asked my doctor about getting my tubes tied, and she was very hesitant about it, and told me I'd regret it considering I'm only 22. But my hubs and I are both 100% positive we don't want any more kids after this, and I do not want to be on birth control for years to come. I'm worried that she is going to continue to try to change my mind until the very end, or even refuse to do it :/
