How do I kick him out?

I need some advice.
So my fiancé and I took in a house guest in august because he was supposed to be moving in with someone and it fell through.  He’s like a father to my fiancé and is a very nice man, but we agreed him staying was temporary as in 3 weeks temporary.  It’s now end of November and he is still here…
He does not have a job, he doesn’t leave the house.  We are COMPLETELY supporting him.  He smokes a lot of my fiancés cigarettes so we are spending double on those, we feed him for every single meal… It’s just becoming a lot. He was supposed to move out yesterday, but my fiancé started to feel guilty because he has nowhere to go. I’m too the point where I don’t care anymore.  He’s always on the phone so he does have other friends and families, and frankly, there are shelters… I just feel like we are being taken advantage of.  He’s staying in the room that is supposed to be our daughter’s so our plans to move her to her own room have been completely postponed.  I feel bad for the guy, but I need to take care of my family.  I told my fiancé we need him OUT, but so far nothing has happened.  We are not in the financial position, nor do we have the space, to provide a living for a 60 something year old man.
What should I do?  How can I put my foot down and make him leave?  My fiancé said if I really want him to move out, that I need to tell him because it’s too hard for him.

Unless he/she came out of you never feel guilty. Never offer support besides emotionally being there for a friend. I do not and will not feel bad for grown people not getting their shit together. (I only have a soft spot for a few mamas in my life who’s SO left them a few months after having their baby. Ps she got a job in a week.) He should have already done had his shit figured out kick him to the curb.

I feel like if this man isn’t actively trying to get his life together, not just trying to find another place to live, but actually mooching off of you and living for free and doing things at his leisure, you should not feel bad. He might be a father figure but they are not blood related. There is no obligation to take care of him. You should not feel bad for someone not helping themselves and over staying their welcome.

You’re fiancé needs to. His friend. He invited him, he tells him to leave. Otherwise that guy is gonna think you’re evil cuz your fiancé is just gonna pin all the bad stuff on you. It will also set a pattern. He needs to do it.

Girl! Tell him EXACTLY what you just said. Say my family needs to come first and your daughter needs her own room. He is a grown ass man. He can get a job and stay with someone else. You never need to feel guilty for putting yourself and your family first. You dont need your husband to do it. Tell him he doesnt pitch in at all and he's putting your family in a pit of inconvenience and youre tired of it. Period. You are mama.

You need to have a sit down discussion and a timeframe he needs to be gone by. If he doesn’t leave then you’ll need to legally evict him.
