2DPO cramps and bloating!!!

Hey ladies, ok so I am 2 dpo and Ive been getting cramps on and off all day and I am super bloated. My partner and I did have sex on my ovulation day. Could this be a sign that my body is preparing for pregnancy? Has this happen to anyone and got a BFP?
