Not always. I didn’t have any discharge and got pregnant so it’s hard to tell from that. Only OPKs and BBT can accurately tell you

Some women have cramping and ovulation spotting or just stretchy discharge. You should really buy some ovulation tests and try to temp as well to make sure you do actually ovulate
